 Since 1965, Aldrich-Thomas Group has provided Central Texas with new retail, restaurant, industrial, office, farm, and ranch developments. Elbert Aldrich founded the company upon family values. He began the company with his partner and wife Dorothy Ann Cox Aldrich. Together with their two daughters Ann and Amy, the Aldriches worked to foster a prosperous and well-respected real estate company. In 1977, Mr. Aldrich expanded the business by introducing his new son-in-law A. Lloyd Thomas to the company. Along with Lloyd, his wife Amy began to work full-time with the company. Lloyd and Elbert worked hand in hand in developing new projects throughout Central Texas as well as national site selection for several Fortune 500 companies. Elbert passed away in 2005, leaving Lloyd as President. Although the company has expanded to include an array of experienced brokers and real estate professionals, Aldrich-Thomas Group continues to uphold family values and continue the traditions established over 40 years ago. It is these values that allow Aldrich-Thomas Group to provide its clients with the best possible service. The real estate professionals are licensed with such accreditations as Certified Commercial Investment Member, Accredited Land Consultant, and Specialist Industrial and Office Realtors. |
